  • You certify that all provided information via Website or otherwise including gender of student, no of student, address, ID proof etc are correct to best of your knowledge.
  • To check the authenticity of the information provided by the student, EdHusk Private Limited has the right to use the prescribed and legal means including One Time Password verification at the time of registration on the website/app.
  • You understand that EdHusk is a home tutoring marketplace and will facilitate the finding of a quality tutor for your child.
  • In consideration of the home tuition provided by the tutor, you agree to pay a predefined amount to the EdHusk in advance, before the commencement of classes.
  • You allow Edhusk to cause the transfer to happen to the tutor's account, When classes are completed.
  • You understand that, to the extent possible, EdHusk will facilitate finding a tutor that best suit your requirement but it does not guarantee any success of any kind in any examination or test that your child may undertake.
  • No tutor can guarantee good grades; therefore, grade you get cannot be a reason for students to come back at a later time and demand refund for services.
  • You understand that for the tutoring services you are liable to pay taxes as applicable.
  • You understand that in the case where the tutor fails to deliver all or part of the scheduled tuitions, EdHusk will facilitate finding a replacement tutor for your child within a reasonable period of time. In case EdHusk is not able to find replacement tutor for your child within 7 working days, it will cause an amount equal to monetary value of the unconsumed classes to be transferred to your bank account.
  • You understand that home tutors need to be treated with respect and environment conducive to one on one study should be provided.
  • All tuitions posted in our site are verified to the best of our knowledge. If the student or parent does not disclose any information beforehand, OTOO will not be responsible for the same.
  • Students or parents should understand that tutors are not our employees and we cannot take responsibility for verifying their backgrounds and behaviors.
  • You understand that the final decision to choose a particular tutor for your child is yours and yours alone. You explicitly agree to indemnify EdHusk from any harm that may be caused by any advertent or inadvertent actions of the tutor.
  • You understand at least one guardian is present in the house during course of classes.
  • You will use EdHusk in website chat and call to get in touch with tutor, every conversation with EdHusk may be recorded for safety purpose.
  • Any direct communication or arrangement with tutor regarding fees is prohibited. You understand that it violates contract between you and EdHusk. Tuitions will be discontinued and amount will not be refunded in such cases.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TUTORS

  • The teacher will have to register himself/herself by providing his/her information including general, contact information, educational and professional information by filling the prescribed fields of the form provided in the teacher section of the website.
  • You understand that EdHusk is a home tutoring marketplace and will facilitate through its platform and other resources in finding students who want home tuitions.
  • You authorise EdHusk to collect payment on your behalf in consideration of the home tuition delivered.
  • You agree that all the tax liability for this payment is yours.
  • To check the authenticity of the information provided by the teacher, EdHusk Private Limited has a right to use the prescribed and legal means including a physical check of documentation of education of the teacher.
  • If a teacher provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete (or becomes untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete), or EdHusk Private Limited has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, EdHusk Private Limited has the right to discontinue the Services to the teacher at its sole discretion.
  • You understand and agree that EdHusk will deduct its commission (plus applicable taxes, if any) from the payment received.
  • After successful registration on the website, the teacher has to provide the entire documentary pieces of evidence in regard to his/her identity, address, educational and professional proof.
  • A Tutor understands and accepts that details entered by them on the website/app will be publicly visible and may appear in search engines (Google, Yahoo, Bing etc.) results.
  • A Tutor will accept full responsibility for the hourly rates or prices quoted by them for their services and presented in the exact detail on the website or app.
  • You understand that on the promise of the delivery of home tuition, the student has paid advance amount to the EdHusk, The amount after deducting EdHusk commission will be transferred to your bank account after class completion.
  • You agree to raise an invoice on the parent by clicking on request payment for an amount equal to the price of promised tuitions after completion of classes. You understand that the parent will authorise EdHusk to transfer into your account an amount equal to the invoice.
  • In case, there is a dispute between you and the parent regarding the number of tuitions delivered, you agree that EdHusk will be the final arbiter on the issue.
  • It will be the responsibility of Padhai Help Private Limited to arrange a meeting between the teacher and student as soon as possible at such a time date and place mutually decided between both the parties. For such an arrangement, Padhai Help Private Limited can use any means of communication and contact information provided by both the parties to contact and arrange the same.
  • After successful interaction and mutual discussion between both the parties, the teacher will be liable to give trial or demo class free of cost to the student.
  • Teacher has the right to deny the arrangement after the demo on valid grounds.
  • If in case, after successful demo and consent of both parties, the student in the future, wants to replace the teacher without valid reason then the teacher will have to teach that student for at least 1 month from the completion of the demo and will get the payment of those 1 month.
  • All tuitions posted in our site are verified to the best of our knowledge. If the student or parent does not disclose any information beforehand, OTOO will not be responsible for the same.
  • As a tutor providing home tuitions, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, exercise the same degree of professional competence, care, skill, diligence and prudence as is normally exercised by professionals in the home-tutoring field.
  • You may receive information proprietary to EdHusk. You understand and agree that confidential information so received will only be used by you for the benefit of EdHusk and for the purpose of providing tutoring.
  • You understand that all EdHusk company property or audio-visual content shall be and remain the sole and exclusive property of EdHusk. You will, during the course of providing tuitions, not make, use or permit to be used any of EdHusk company's property except for the benefit of the company.
  • You indemnify EdHusk from and against any and all claims, causes of action, and liabilities (including reasonable attorney fees) which arise directly from breach of any applicable law, for your negligent or willful misconduct.
  • You understand and agree that the relationship between EdHusk and you will not be considered as an employer and employee relation.
  • You understand that the final decision to choose a particular student for tuition is yours and yours alone.
  • If the teacher absents himself from the tuition with a valid reason then he has the responsibility to cover the entire course with additional time.
  • In response to the feedback of Students posted on the website/app, a Tutor shall not, in any way, show disrespect towards a Student or his/her family.
  • You understand and agree that you will teach the student if and only if at least one parent is present in the house.
  • Any direct communication or arrangement with customer regarding fees is prohibited. You understand that it violates contract between you and EdHusk. You will be removed from platform and you will be liable to pay penalty amount to EdHusk.
  • Use of EdHusk website is compulsory, EdHusk holds the right to stop payment in case attendance is not marked, request is not raised via website or app is not installed.
